Jeffery J. Nutschnig

Jeffery began his legal career as a Lake County State's Attorney prosecuting criminal cases, DUI's and traffic citations. He is a life long resident of Lake County, Illinois, graduate of Carmel High School and presently teaches the Carmel High School speech and debate/mock trial team. He received his Law Degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and holds a Bachelors Degree form Purdue University.

Jeffery heads the firm's Family Law and Divorce practice. Jeffery also practices in areas of construction litigation, residential and commercial real estate issues, evictions, collections and estate planning. He is a highly effective advocate for all his clients and maintains an honest and truthful relationship with his clients about expectations and results for their legal issues.

Jeffery is the lead Prosecutor for DUI and traffic matters for the Villages of Fox Lake and Lindenhurst. Much of Jeffery's case load includes defending clients for criminal, DUI and traffic offenses. He is extremely effective in obtaining favorable dispositions for clients based on his knowledge and experience prosecutors and judges. Additionally, Jeffery has been highly successful and won countless criminal, DUI and traffic trials for clients. Jeffery currently resides in Lake County, Illinois with his wife Susanne and his two children.
